Strike plates are fitted to the top of the bottom sash to prevent damage caused by opening/closing. The stop can be retracted into the barrel to allow the window to be fully opened.Sold in singles. Each product undergoes an accelerated ageing process, creating a dark patina before being placed into barrelling machines, giving them the beautiful burnished finish.
