An Edwardian style oval cupboard knob made from solid brass. Supplied with 35mm bolt suitable for doors up to 25mm thick & with anti-rotation pins. Finished in Oil Rubbed Bronze, the brass is first coated/plated with copper and then then a dark bronze finish is applied. Finally, part of the bronzing is partly removed to reveal hues of the copper underneath. We have deliberately left these unlacquered (what we call a ‘living finish’) so they will mellow and wear with use, back to the copper or eventually the brass base metal.
