Description Liquid Griddle Cleaner~EPA Safer Choice Certified This product utilizes the latest ingredients that are less hazardous to environment without sacrificing performance. This unique formulation is made from food grade ingredients and is much safer than using high caustic cleaning chemicals. The product is heat activated and designed to be used on hot griddle surfaces. Saves time by allowing cleaning to occur while griddle is still hot. Emulsifies soils for easy removal. Directions Best results are achieved when using an appropriate scrub pad and pad holder. Scrape griddle with spatula to remove as much loose soil as possible. Apply approximately 3-4 ounces of Grill Solv to hot griddle (approximately 300ºF- 350ºF). Use scrub pad to evenly distribute Grill Solv across griddle surface. Then use moderate pressure on scrub pad to remove bake-on soils. Use squeegee to pull liquid and soil into greaser trap. Heavily soiled griddle may require a second treatment. Turn off griddle and place a damp cloth under pad to thoroughly wipe surface clean. Turn cloth and wipe a second time. Season griddle by applying a thin coating of liquid shortening after cleaning.
