Description Johnston and Jeff Sunflower hearts 1kg Details Johnston and Jeff Sunflower hearts often also called dehulled sunflower. This is a bakery grade kernel produced from Black Oil Sunflower seed which contain the highest level of oil and therefore energy, rather than confectionery grade that are mainly taken from Medium and Large Striped Sunflower. These sunflower hearts go through a machine that uses lasers to colour detect any Black husk remaining therefore producing a uniform and totally husk free product.
