The Rebel XD is MIG welded for durability and includes high quality hardware to provide a quick, hassle-free installation. Finished with dual 5″ polished stainless steel tips with intercooling vents make it the perfect combination of performance, value and style. Stainless Steel Construction: This Rebel XD Series exhaust system is constructed of 4″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow and durability. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Dual 5″ Diameter Polished Intercooled Tips: Finishing off the exhaust are dual 5″ straight cut, polished stainless steel tips with intercooling vents that reduce EGT’s at the tailpipe and are badged with a laser-cut aFe POWER plates riveted on each tip. OE Fit: OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location under any driving conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. All systems use factory mounting locations providing a hassle-free installation. Leak-Free Seal: High quality band clamp and hardware are included for a hassle-free installation and a complete 360 degree sealing surface.
